1. When will I receive conformation or tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive a receipt of payment, When your order is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number to the email associated with the purchase.

2. How long does it take for me to receive my package?

Orders may take up to 24 hours to process. Once processed it will take up to 2-3 business days to ship. Truth985 cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

3. What if I received the wrong order?

Please notify us by email when you have received a wrong order. Once we have received the merchandise in it's original condition, we will send out the product that you originally order. You will have the same processing and shipping time.
